If they legalized it, the amount of people that did it probably wouldn't go up.

Also if it was legalized it could just be taxed heavily which means profit for government and as long as they made laws for weed that are similar to alcohol I wouldn't mine legalizing it.

Anuual deaths a year from cigarettes is about 460,000 in the USA alone, alchohal is about 80,000 a year in the USA, and Marijuana a completely illegal drug, compared to to  legal item has a 0 death rate per year, wake up people pot isn't bad quit judging it based on your mommy and teacher telling you it is bad!

Well no duh almost anything that is legal is dangerous, there are types of incent type thing that are a dried plant, and they are perfectly legal to do with what you please, they kill you and harm you far more than any amount of marijuana could.
