there are many legal and illegal narcotics.

the ones that get banned are ones that earn enough popularity, that the government cant tax like they do cigarettes.
there are FDA rules about not being able to make a "drug" out of something natural.
therefore its easier to just ban it.

its all about who makes money, not about what is dangerous.

Marijuana is for people who want to feel hardcore, it spawns hippies and douchebags who think they're progressive and openminded because they smoke it, it's just as dangerous as cigarette smoke, and stoners talk about pot ALL THE loving TIME AND IT ANNOYS ME ASDFDFKLSDJF.
