Author Topic: FOX News and the ridiculous bull stuff it puts into our heads  (Read 3423 times)

And by "our" I don't mean me.

So, this Halloween, I felt like I would dress up like a ninja. Though, when I went into the living room to show my mother and grandmother, the first thing they thought of was a terrorist.

I had on baggy black sweat-pants, black socks, black shirt, and the other shirt wrapped around my face. As far as I've seen terrorists don't wear all-black clothing, or really any of those for that matter.

The thing is, they spend every day at home on the couch watching or waiting for Bill O'Reilly to come on at 5 and Sean Hannity to come on at 6. Every day I hear most of the same bull stuff coming from the TV just 20 feet from my door, and it annoys me more than anything.

My grandmother, after she expressed her distaste for the costume, turned to my mother and said," I really don't think he should be wearing something like that in this political climate." After hearing this remark, I marched off to my room to take a small poll from everybody and asked if what they saw in the image looked like a terrorist. Nobody said yes.

The biggest reason I made this thread was to rant about how stupid my family can be. So, I blame FOX because they make a big deal out of anything terrorist related, my mother and grandmother watch it every day, and they agree with most of the stuff they say on there.

If your parents and granny listen to Hannity and O' Reilly or anything the fox news network has to say. God, help you.

Whoever watches and LIKES Fox news has something wrong with them.

Which is why I watch less biased news stations.

Oh right. You're a conservative Foxcigarette.

I actually prefer CBS's news.
