With the current grammar there is no way to tell what tense it is (past, present, future) without the is, was, will be, etc

I recommend revising it so you have to state the tense before the subject such as: Is Blacklamp the gayest thing ever.

If it were to be a question it would be: Blacklamp is the gayest thing ever?
I recommend using regular English grammar.
