Well, we got this new neighbor recently, but heres the problem, shes been my friend for a few weeks now, I don;t see anything wrong with her, but my mom is forcing me to stay away from her because my neighbors (Who gossip and spread rumors about everything) tell her that shes no good, should stay away from and a whore. Now I don;t think this, from what I've seen there's like nothing wrong with her.
Should i just listen to my mom or tell her to forget off and most likely get my ass kicked but still id have a neighbor that i could actually do stuff with.

I'd be that starfish who's not going to listen to his parents, because I will never listen to anyone as long as I haven't seen it myself, or as long as it doesn't make sense and come from someone who knows exactly what he's talking about (with proof, evidence etc.).
