Every time I've played on a dark level I'm always using the light but every time I get in vehicle to drive around I can't see crap all even wit the light on so I think Headlights would be a great idea.

not a bad idea but play lighted maps for vehicles or creat street lamps with lighting effects.

i dont think we can bad spot could... but wont. Jusy make streets with street lights.

but it would be awsome with headlights and you would be able to turn them off, so it be like a cop is chasing you at night and all of a sudden your lights turn off and you escape lol.
what i suggest is make street lights for now until someone make headlights.
