I thought faulty internet connections on games have to do with the passworded nature of your internet.

Your internet must be WEP passworded or lower. (Which is no pass)

No. They set it so wifi is blocked. I'm guessing WIFI falls under Chat/Forums, which is blocked. I have the WEP pass, but I'm blocked.

Also, this happened to me once, (while using Yahoo!). If you visit "dangerous" sites, the DS will block itself aswell. (i think)

Just unblock it if you know the pass.

I am pretty sure you can't change the MAC address.
Tip: a MAC address has nothing to do with a Macintosh computer.

He rents a house. He has internet there. I don't know why he even blocked it. I think it's because I was on the PC when it was just me and him at the house, and I didn't ask to go on, so he blocked random stuff to make me pissed off.

Well as a mature 20 year old I will give you some logical advice, kill the boyfriend. You are probably so young they won't even charge you for it. Might get a few months in juvy at worst.
