If the cat scratches on your door then that means it wants something, not that it wants to piss you off. If the cats run away then I can't really say anything because, as I said, cats are more complicated than that. They don't just run away because they are evil or some stuff.
If you knew anything about your cats you would know why they do things.

all it wants to do is sleep on my bed, whenever i let it in it just does that. and when it sleeps on my bed, it keeps licking my fingers and waking me up. they're annoying as stuff

plus one of them kept eating my dog's food and it got really plump and fat

i dont get that argument about how dogs are smarter. like it makes them better. so they can be trained easier? oh yay.

i hate dogs because they loving always need you.
cats only come to you when they want to be loved, then go away when they are done and pretty much are fine on their own.

dogs loving beg and beg and beg and follow you and  cry for attention. forget that stuff, if i wanted a kid i would knock a girl up.
