I agree.
The problem with Fort Wars is that hosts usually create a minigame with all features enabled. To include events which have no place in Fort Wars (relays, datablock changing, etc.).
Hosts need to realize that the rules for this game type need to be the same as TDMs. Instead, it is a regular DM with building involved, so when admins aren't around people go crazy with VCE or relays or simply spam vehicles.
