I whipped this up for the past few days, it's the Cheat from the homestar runner/strong bad world, and he makes sounds when you use him, or when you hurt him.
It's on the gmod toybox, so you can just take it from there :D

I don't have a real use for it.
I can't hear sound in Gmod anyways.

Go to [Lotsa files 'n' stuff]/Steam/steamapps/[you] and delete the garrysmod folder. (Make sure to back up your add-ons first, though.)

Then go to steam, re-install, and and replace add-ons with backup.
