Every time i bump a topic, or say anything, it quickly crashes and dies.
Why the forget does this have to happen to me

Well, think about it, if you're bumping a topic, that means it's fallen below a threshold of activity, it was dead before you bumped it, or else you wouldn't be bumping it at all.
