Yes, it does something similar to that, except for it's pure black, or at least on my Chrome.
But it corrupts weirdly unless i drag the image and then let it go. It's not part of my avatar. I uploaded it a few minutes ago, however, that could be it.

Also, I can't take a picture of what it looks like with grab because my computer crashes when I try to put any sort of image on the internets. (i put avatar from nikki's laptop)

Looks normal on firefox, but firefox is weird for me. :(
google chrome is a bit better, although i'd hate to see my avatar like that
