srsly though, people do fight with metal swords, they aren't sharpened though, and the matches end by submission not death.

Make boffer swords then, they are dirt cheap. All you need is a pvc pipe, duct tape, spray adhesive, sand paper, and a foam pool noodle. Also possibly a car shammy or some kind of spongey foam.

I made 2 of them and play with my friends or sister and sometimes bring them over to my friends and have like 8 people fighting, its really fun

Well, the thing is, I want something looking like a sword. Not a stiff pool noodle. I might be able to slice it though.
