Squirt Bottle

I was just curios, if a Squirt Bottle could be made.

Just a simple item, 5% damage to a player if another player shoots at them. Custom "Squirt" sound. After water is depleted, animation is played for twisting off cap, hearing a "Water" sound, and cap twisting back on.

Make it hurt only if it's on the head. That makes its use more interesting
