I just want it to run all games at least 35 FPS, nothing more. Tell me if this is a good graphics card, because from what I understand theres more then just the name to a graphics card.

Last I heard the GTX 460 is a good card, But I haven't been keeping up to date on graphic cards lately.

Unfortunately availability of Graphics cards is pretty stuff in Ireland, nevermind the availability of PSU's.

While I could get a 600w PSU in america for $40, I can't even find a 600w PSU in Ireland, and when I do find a PSU that's 500w+, it costs €200. wtf.
