Author Topic: Why is everyone leaving?  (Read 14282 times)

Well, I think my time may come soon.
Everything changes, people move on.

Well, for one Strato left. Squiqqles was banned, pew was banned (I think).
What is going on? Theres a couple people still left that have been here for awhile, like the Destroyer and Eksi (and if i say Eksi im gonna have to say Squideey too), But still, I feel like a small part of me dies when people that i have kinda looked up to leave.
Yes, i liked The forums with its sarcastic remarks, insults, and Kalphiter, but without people like these, it kinda looses its meaning
No, im not going to leave for a loooooong time, even if you cared or not, But all of the Veterans are, leaving.
So, discuss.
I look up to everyone here, even if they are a troll or idiot. They teach me really, in a indirect way.

:EDIT: I also forgot to add Magik to the special list
Please standby...
Son.......
I am still here....

I obviously haven't left, but I'm debating leaving in the distant future.

I don't know what the opinion of the forums is on me, but it would be interesting to know.  I'm kind of a ghost at times.

Who are you?

I don't even play Blockland that often, but the forums stuck to me.

10 people = everyone

Just like what I say when I'm told everyone hates me!

I'm one of those ten

Triple Post: I thought it meant the people that liked Kalphiter :c

Bit of an off, but I couldn't help it:

Well this veteran has yet to leave.

If only some one cared about this veteran :c
But yeah, I hate starting a server and being surrounded with "inexperienced" players.

I'm a veteran.
I hate how so many people develop the "Unwarranted Self-Importance" syndrome, just because they managed to stick with the community for 2 months at least without getting banned. No, you are not a veteran if you are claiming to be one. Actually, nobody gives a damn whether you are a veteran or not, all that matters is how much you have contributed. You could have been lurking this forum for ages without adding anything significant, so you can't expect people to bow down to your assumed superiority. On the other hand, there may be new people who immediately contributed a lot right after joining, outweighing any of the "self-assumed veterans".

All in all, you can only be a veteran probably if you are considered as one by the community, not by claiming. Or wait, just by claiming anything outrageous on these forums will be granted as truth? In that case I claim that I'm a super rich playboy, bedding 36 women a day while spending as much daily as the annual budget of a tiny African dictatorship! This is true, because I claimed it!!!
