PC gaming is annoying. Why not just play a system made for gaming? And wtf are you talking about with auto aim, I've never experienced it on ANY console game, so don't throw bull stuff.

Most modern console games actually do have some sort of auto aim.  Either bullet magnetism (Less noticeable) or

when someone's crosshairs are on an enemy and then you aim in on them it sticks for a  split-second.

You can usually turn the latter off.

mw2 on 360 has auto aim regardless of the settings you choose.
the clipping of the crossahairs vs disabling the crosshair following are different things.
