How about the "Bonk Atomic Energy Drink" From TF2? It would cuase the player to stop for like 5 seconds, and playing a little animation the makes it look like he's drinking it. It would make the player go really fast, increase the health by about 25% or 50%, decrease damage ability, would be able to Dodge Sentry's and player easily, for about 10 - 20 seconds. After all of the bonk has been wasted by the player, the player using it would be slower for 10 seconds. So, what do you think?
