I did, can I assume the ip of the server will be 46.4.50.247, the same as the ftp, and the port will be 28001 as that's what is set in the config pref.cs ?
If not please tell me, as I don't see my server in the server list, and probably won't as servers generally need one person in them before they consistently update to the server list.

Yes, the IP would be 46.4.50.247.

The port should 30000+(100*ID), where ID would be blockland02
blockland02 should use port 30200.
