Battlefield 2/2142
BF2 has a larger community, but I personally like 2142 for its' sci-fi theme. They both have plenty of servers, and I have to say it doesn't get much better than 64 player squad based matches. When you've got a good squad you just dominate. On the other hand, when you're doing bad, it's nothing but frustration.
