I had the same request. I asked for more easy things.
I guessed that people would ask for it to have turrets and be able to do all this stuff and torcreeps and all.
I asked for someone who could make a vehicle that when you press Crouch, you float down, it could be a bot that would float, but when you press crouch, it would submerge. This sounds like the easiest task.

why dont we just take a model make it a wheeled vehicle and have a keybind to make it float

I wouldn't think it too hard, considering we have vehicles that are incapable of leaving water, but I wouldn't know.

good thing you have that on the end, it probably would be somewhat difficult as map water has different density values, i think
