age laws change from state to state, to country, and even to the situation. screw em, they are suggestions nowadays.

All I can say is that who cares if your mates have lost their virginity. A relationship should not just be about love and snogging. Your not even the legal age so just keep your little hormones under control.

If you like someone just speak to them, start a conversation with her or something like that. Just don't dive in to soon, as you start to talk to her more and get to know her ask her if she wants to go the cinema or shops (shopping is boring as hell but it keeps her amused).

granted its easier to forget a girl if you are dating first, its not important or required, or even "proper".

so yeah dating seems all forgeted up and broken for them, because dating is supposed to be about finding people you "click" with. it dont work when you dont know what you want or like.

the major fail that kids that age should know before they go through high school, is that there WILL NOT be anything long term with these other people you meet. be it at the end of the year, or week.
