Selling my XBox360 on Craigslist, getting a PS3

I have decided to follow Jesus sell my slightly used XBox360, controllers, Hard drive, and games for a PS3.
Here is a list of what I got, and a price I am thinking of selling for.  I need an opinion on whether the prices are fair:

White XBox360 Arcade with 20 GB harddrive (Not even one year old, almost mint condition.)

$170 USD


2 White Wireless Controllers

$20 USD


White Keypad

$15 USD


Fallout: New Vegas (Mint Condition)

$40 USD


Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Mint)

$40 USD


Halo 3 (Works perfectly, but is ringed)

$20 USD


Splintercell: Conviction (Mint)

$40 USD


Project Gotham Racing 4 (Mint)

$20 USD


Skate 3 (Mint)

$40 USD


Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (Mint)

$40 USD


Rainbow Six: Vegas Two (Mint)

$10 USD


Call of Duty: World at War (Mint)

$30 USD

For a grand total of: $505 USD


Please tell me what you think, and don't tell me "PS3 SUKS HURR", I am getting it for a personal reason.

You can get a brand new one for $200 so $170 is too expensive. You are also asking too much for the games, most of those games are cheaper used at gamestop.

Sell the whole package as 1 complete package for like $300 or $350, then buy a used PS3 from someone, I've seen people sell a 360 with 2 controllers and 5-10 games for $150 on ebay so don't be surprised if even $300 doesn't get much bites.

Hell I would sell you my PS3 with 2 controllers for $150, if I trusted you blocklanders.

Flawless, and it is the good one, the 80gb model that can play PS2 and PS1 games.

You know you can set up a barter trade on Craigslist, like say you want to trade your xbox 360 with all the games and controllers for at least a PS3 with 2 controllers. See if anyone offers to give you games on top.
