This uses the command for light. Actually, I think just doing /light will make it work. You can't make this bindable because this is a serverside add-on.

As far as I'm concerned, if someone wants to post an add-on because the owner hasn't/doesn't want to then it's fine provided it works. If the owner wants to officially submit it themselves, I'll remove the other submissions.

This is why passively distributed Add-Ons shouldn't be put out in the Add-Ons forums. All these noobs are whining "I can't use the light" when all you have to do is /light WHATEVER.
