I'm a bit busy but I can word it out.

You need to shorten the bridge of the nose and bring the nose itself up a little higher.

On second thought, don't raise the nose just shorten the bridge to see how it looks.

I also think the eyes need a little bit more centering.

The ears won't be a problem, just add a little partial disk under the hair and add detail if you want.
