I need a new monitor, I've been looking around, and, I'm currently debating between a few.

That is:

  • 25"
  • Supports HDMI
  • Is under 200$
  • Has built in speakers
  • Fairly good reviews everywhere that I've looked.

  • 24"
  • Supports HDMI
  • Is just over 200$
  • Has built in speakers
  • Decent reviews.

Those are the 2 that I'm looking at currently, I'm hoping to spend under 230$ because I do need to buy a wall mount for the monitor as well as an HDMI cable and I currently have 280$

If anyone manages to find something in the 23-27" range for under 230$ and you know it's quality, has HDMI, doesn't need built in speakers, but, that'd be a plus because I'm going to be hooking up my Xbox 360 into it through the DVI port and then use the speakers built into it for audio.

Note: it HAS to be able to mount onto my wall.

Please, gimme a hand on this guys, I'm not very good at finding monitors for good prices, yet I'm amazing at building high-end rigs for a decent price :/

Halp please

I'm not sure why, but I read it as "Monocle needs a new monocle."

And I suggest the 25 inch.

Any reason apart from the fact that it's larger?

And, I already have a monocle :3

It's under two hundred dollars.

Well yeah, but, specs-wis-

Nevermind, I doubt you know anything about monitors if you said the price.

Hanns G is on OK brand, plus they have a cool name.

I know that HDMI support is a good feature.
Otherwise no, not really.

Figured.

Get the ASUS, the HANNS:G monitor has a poor contrast ratio.

That's true..

15,000:1 isn't very good lol.

Do you think you can find one that's larger than the 23" for under 230?
:O!

Bump to help me out please.

it looks like they're both under $200, yet one is wider
do you want a wide monitor or no? if yes, buy the 25', if no, buy the 24"
yes, i mean 25' :D
