Apparently, a Virus Attached on me

Because using my brain, using Mywot, having even more precautions doesn't work!  Well, at least thats what my step dad says it may be a virus.  It randomly shuts down my computer every time I open up a game.

Knowing this community knows a lot about computers and I don't, I want your help to find out what is happening, whether if it is a virus, or not.
