If your parents had a lick of sense and told you not imitate what was shown in game and loved you, you shouldn't have to

my parents think that if i play a rated T game and enjoy it, im a sadistic serial killer and need to go to a mental hospital.
i just tell my little bro to not let mom catch him playing a rated t+ game and not to even try to imitate it or else i will take away his computer

lol. My parents accept that I generally buy M rated games and do nothing but KILL

My parents for the most part think if it says a certain age you should be that age first lol mainly cause they don't understand games or game content

my brother asked my mom in the car: can my bro buy a rated T game?
and my mom was all: not until he is like 20+ years old

T=13

both my parents know that
plus im 14 now

however, they dont keep a keen eye on what i buy, and i generally buy rated T games

My family lets me get "violent games" because they know I A: don't have access to a katana and B: Burn in the sunlight

You're light sensitive?

My parents yell at me for playing a T rated game as I'm ten.

My dad doesn't care. He sees me playing CS1.6.

"What game is that?"

"Counter Strike"

"Ok"

Well, I know showing them this article won't work.

Fits like a puzzle.

Do you have skype or something like it?

I'm kidding.

I'm older...

...but how much older?

This shouldn't be shocking news...

Ignorant people always try to control things they are unwilling to try or understand.
