If you've seen my Computer Specs thread, You know all my specs, Now what i need to know is if i can play Fallout 3 with those specs, even on lowest settings.

No, that is an integrated stuffty graphics card. You'll have to stick to old games, most likely not modern games.

Dropshock is handicapped. You can run tons of good games, just not high end games like CoD and Fallout. You can run Minecraft pretty well if you have good RAM.
