I think Mason was losing conciousness or something in real time in the torture chair or just tripping balls in that chair where he began to mess the forget up with his brain or some stuff.

So,it appeared that he was suddenly going balls off the walls,pulling guns at the president,and screaming at the top of a little girl type lung set.

He was remembering the situation, it didn't actually happen. It was just there to emphasize an important plot point which you'd need to beat the game to understand, but mostly just for cinematic value (like the numbers and other effects that appear when he's remembering things).

His mind got forgeted up in Vorkuta, Reznov was dead SINCE vorkuta but dragovich forgeted up his brain so hard that he was telling hudson the story as he experienced it, or how he remembered it.

Mason underwent experiments at Vorkuta, the antagonists tried to change his mind and force him to kill the president (JFK). Luckily Reznov screws w/ Mason's mind also which makes him want to kill Dragovich and the other people. Reznov actually died in the escape but Mason's mind keeps thinking he is still there. Anyways the answer is that Mason flashes back to the point where Dragovich etc. wanted to alter his mind, making him kill the president. That's why he thinks about the pulling out the gun.

Not really. In Vorkuta, they turned Mason into a Russian Sleeper agent, hence the numbers station, and Reznov is actually a dissociative identity caused by the experiments (think Fight Club).
