Yeah he was piloting from the camera. It's apparently called FPV piloting.

Whoa that was cool. 1:55 looked like a little slip.
Also the wide lens confused my brain.

Wow, those are some pro pilots right there, I almost thought they would've hit the crown of the Statue of Liberty, it was so close. Also, the wireless range is amazing on that plane.
