Author Topic: Security card (key replacement)  (Read 5359 times)

I was thinking that we can't just have the key and lockpick as tools to do stuff on bricks. we need a security key card.
What's it gonna look like if you're using a key on a security door or trying to lockpick it? handicapped, thats what.
we really need these for jail RPs and office buildings and stuff.
support?

Seems easy enough

Just duplicate the file for dUMBELLS' old key, and put the new model in that file, i would be lead to believe.

i know it looks simple, but i can't model for stuff.

well it's pretty easy. just make a thin rectangle

I'd model, because I can.. but my blender cannot export DTS and I have trouble rigging. :/

ok, i made a transitory model, but i don't know how to use the DTS exporter on google sketchup. help?

My exporter isn't working either.
Also, you have to use blender to export and rig :P
import your sketchup model to blender... i forgot what it's supposed to be called
then look up a few tuts on how to rig

google sketchup

There is no dts exporter for sketchup. Save as .obj, import it into blender, remove backfaces, texture and export as .dts after rigging it with mountpoints and adding a detail32.

You weren't part of blockland

lockpick?
I know where it is in the addons, but it is kinda hard to find.

Hello there. Anyone want me to continue on this? This sounds simple enough that I might actually be able to do this from start to finish by myself.
