Read the rest of that page for one.....It's interesting to look back a few pages and find this....

Anyway, Ontopic:

It's good to hear that this is becoming less hacky, and more possible.

Um... Good question, wait! Real vehicles don't have lights, so it shouldn't have it.

A quick thought: player lights can be mounted to bots.  So if we rigged a vehicle as a bot instead of a car, it might be possible to mount at least a light to it, right?

Oh man, I totally wish that he would upload this. /support

True, but how would you do this?

Hasn't it been done with animals, such as cows?

mount bots to spots on the vehicle, instead of making the vehicle a bot? :D

Actually, that could work... script it to spawn and mount 2 bots with no collision and no nodes showing where the lights would be at the headlights... sounds like a hacky Rube Goldberg machine, though. :P

The wheels vehicle is the easy part.  Just edit the jeep; take out all but the wheels and seat mount points, and repackage it as something different, I'm guessing vehicle_wheels in Truce's case.

The tricky part is converting the brick faces to shapes.
