I was playing solo on five as kennedy. I got a quick revive so the game can revive me when I am down.

I was downed, and pulled out dual pistols shooting rockets. What.

someone care to explain if this is normal?

Oh of course, rocket-shooting dual pistols and having an instantaneous genetic change is perfectly normal.

Using a quick revive is like having another life. When you are downed, the quick revive takes action and lets you shoot rockets. Just have it known as the Pack-a-Punch for health.

EDIT: It lets you shoot rockets so you can escape. Imagine, you get back up and then get downed again.

And you can get these pistols by pack-a-punching the pistol you start off with or get the dual-wielding pistols from the mystery box.
