Why isn't my Gmod working?

So I get this strange error everytime I try to get on Garrys mod.

It says like D3D something or other I dunno.

Yes, I have reinstalled.

I don't care how slow it runs for you stop complaining.
Your problem is you don't have an actual video card.
Get a decent one like this one.

It's definitely not the best card but it should be able to run source fine.

First, this is in my laptop, and I have that card in my desktop.

And I can run Gmod at a decent fps on my laptop, and I always have.
