1. Apparently he does.
2. It's a general term, but then again, everyone on the internet is a man anyway.
3. Happens all the time, he may have even been joking.
4. Actually, it's usually said the other way around.

He got kicked when he failed to guess the admin password, and when he came back he thought it worked!

Yeah, I got this mod called Admin Logs that stores all the chat, connections, bans, and unbans in a folder.
