Like when you say something, it shows a speech bubble that shows the message that you said.

I'm not sure who still has a computer which can't handle rendering a few dozen 2D pictures. There doesn't have to be a window, it can just be outlined text like the player names.

In my opinion, it doesn't look good in ROBLOX, nor WoW; probably because the text is in an actual bubble.
Though, were it to just be outlined text, it might look okay.
