I think the cards are what I had in my preschool.
The teacher would right down everyone's names on the board and put these little cards next to them.
Each color meant something bad you did, like if you talked without permission the teacher would pull the blue card and it would show a yellow one meaning a warning. Then if you did something else bad she would pull the yellow one showing a red one meaning big trouble. I never really understood what the point of it was but now I know if you get your blue card pulled you get hot sauce and a cold shower. Never knew that because I was a good boy :c
