Old one is dead so here we go.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a teamwork based first person shooter. Players can take on the role of an Assault trooper, an Engineer, a Medic, and a Recon soldier. Each with their own distinct roles.

Assault troopers can replenish their teammates' ammo supply, Engineers repair friendly vehicles and blow up enemy vehicles, Medic heal and revive fallen teammates, and Recon soldiers snipe and identify enemy troops with motion sensing mines or spotting scopes.

Battles take place on large scale maps (Heavy Metal being the largest where you would have to run 1 km to go from one flag to another in Conquest with more land beyond that) with vehicles around to get the edge on the enemy team. Vehicles range from APCs, to tanks, and more.

Bad Company 2 runs on the Frostbite 1.5 engine which evolved Destruction 1.0 to Destruction 2.0 allowing players to take down entire buildings. This allows players to change the battlefield dramatically. Discovered a camper throwing a frag party inside a building? Toss some C4 on that stuff and watch the crumbling house collapse on the camper.

Along with recent Battlefield games, Bad Company 2 uses projectiles instead of hitscans with guns, but Bad Company 2 brings bullet drop into the mix making sniping require more aiming than before since you have to aim above your target to get a headshot at long range.

Also, BFBC 2: Vietnam is on it's way! The expansion is set to release on December 18th for the PC, and December 21st for consoles. This brings 4 news maps (and a 5th one coming soon), 15 new weapons, and 2 hours of music that plays in vehicle radios.

If you feel more info should be added to the OP, feel free to ask.

It's a pretty fun game.
My favorite parts are the asplosions.

I regret buying a store bought copy :/ seeing that my computer isn't recognizing my CD drive anymore.

All you said was about multiplayer.  :/

Though i heard that the single player wasn't the best part, so yeah...

I love the destructible terrain in this game.

The single player is actually pretty boring. But anyway, people buy Battlefield games for the multiplayer.

But BC2's multiplayer is stuff.

Have you played it, or are you just talking stuff?

No its one of the worst MP of all time, no one actually plays they just camp the entire game. The SP was fun though while it lasted, I waiting for the Co-op stuff if it will ever get released.

Play some more, maybe you will start to appreciate it. Or maybe a slower, more tactical shooter is not your thing.

although im talking about the first one...
I never find anyone camping, unless your talking about snipers.
Then i aim down my iron sights and shoot, even if there far far away...
when Im recon and i miss and waste all my bullets, i shoot the person with my sidearm, at a great distance.
wat.

If you're talking about Rush, then camping would be acceptable as long as you're defending the MCOMs.

This game looks lovey. I'm putting it on my GameQ.

i use to play with qwepir whenever we can
