Garrys mod wont load

Everytime i try to start the game it just sits there and loads, and does nothing else ive
waited hours just for it. Still doesnt work.
Ive told Masterlegodude about it too.
Im on Windows Vista 64bit
(Yes ive tried using -dxlevel 91 or whatever still wont work)
Ive also tried reinstalling several times
