i ate ice cream. so all is good

I haven't logged in for a while, and episode 4 comes out on saturday.

Dang. I'm chomping at the bit to play again. :/

The problem is with my new job, I hardly have any free time since I'm pulling off 10 hour shifts Mon-Friday and then working my Karaoke gig Fri and Sat. Sunday I am sure all I will be able to do is sleep to catch up.

Say, what kind of importance do you place on fleets in the game? Myself, I prefer to be more or less a mercenary captain by just milling about and joining in fleet actions and missions if required, but never really committing to just one group of people.

Same here, I did all of the Featured Episodes solo.

they're good, I still like the Devidians the best.

They only just scaled the TOS phasers, so I'm grabbing the Type-2 and the Phaser Rifle. I generally like wide-beam pistols over stun beams, but it's the Phaser pistol so I'll make an exception. They only scale to the the lowest mark for your rank, though, so they act as Mk VII weapons for me.

Yeah, I have the whole set which I saved for my main character. They're dastardly little things. I just wish for the Klingon side they would have added a Bat'leth.

They let you use Bat'leth in the latest episode, you get 3 free melee weapons.

They tell you to take A melee weapon, but they let you take all 3.

lol nice. So the Vulcan Lirpa is one of those weapons and isn't required to be bought from the C-Store?

Yep.

They also give you a sword, which is much faster than the Bat'leth or the Lirpa.

Nice. Can't wait to get back on soon.

I miss my green-on-grey but the black with red is awesome.

My Defiant was a red on black motif as well. It looked so boss.
