I didn't know that a burger cooking in 2 seconds was realistic. :)

A burger tick is a relay sent from the oven to the burger's parts, which send relays to eachother to cook the entire meal. It takes 10 ticks to fully cook the burger, making a 20 second cooking time. ...Still not fully realistic, but a burger done in 2 seconds is just...blah.

Sure, you can cook as many as you can fit, which is pretty much any amount, especially since you can stack food on top of eachother and it'll all cook, which is why all the parts of the burger cook.
