I was heading down to one of my already explored caves for a bucket of lava. I came to the site and filled the bucket. On the way back, I accidentally right-clicked, and spilled my lava in my 1x wide 2x tall caveway. I was literally right in front of the lava spawn when it started spilling. I had no time to run...

IL2: 1946 with UP2.04 and some WWI mods.

I was flying towards a group of british fighters in a WWI plane, I took down 8, then turned around to face one more. We both fired our machine guns and one of his rounds hit me and killed me instantly. I crashed and died. :(

Loaded too many bombs and crabs in a drop crate, the crate weighed about 10 tons probably and pierced through several meters of dirt and blasted a hole through my brain bunker, killing the brain and all the Cash 4 Kills in the process.
