Restart your save and next time back it up before you enter codes, like any smart person would do.
We only have one, full memory card. Only one Chrono Cross slot. I used to have another card, which had my RPG Maker saves... My brother lost that years ago, but it's his PlayStation, so I can't really yell at him.
