Author Topic: Getting a PS3  (Read 2069 times)

So i am going to get an PS3 as present from my mother with the newest Medal of Honor coming with it, i am mostly going to use it for network gaming. I Am also not getting an xbox because i am afraid of RROD. I'd like to know some stuff about network.

- Is the internet Wi-Fi?
- Do you have to pay for it like xbox?
- Are 320 GB enough?
- Is there an ps3 store to connect from PS3?
- Can i download full games or demos only?

Please do not make redicilous Comments like "But ps3 has no games" I already explained why i am not getting an xbox.

320 GB is enough
Internet is free and there is Wi-Fi
There is a PSN Store
There are PS1 classics you can buy, full games, and some PS3 games are available online with Demos too

- Is the internet Wi-Fi? Yes.
- Do you have to pay for it like xbox? No, unless you want PlayStation Plus.
- Are 320 GB enough? Absolutely. In fact, you'd be fine with 120GBs.
- Is there an ps3 store to connect from PS3? ..What?
- Can i download full games or demos only? Both.

yes you can

and technically hard-wire connection is faster then cordless. IN ALL ELECTRONICS!

but really, if you are close to the router or not many blocking walls, the connection by wifi could be good enough to not make a difference.

The slims have larger hard drives on their models. Some of the older models have backwards compatibility and can play and save all PS1/2 games. Why I still have my old 20GB in my room

So i was wondering what's that method to make a credit card on your paypal, because i only use paypal and not a Credit Card.
