Steam: Internet failing?!

All internet that has to do with Steam using internet is not working. Store, Community, and TF2 and Garrysmod are dead. Singleplayer on all steam games, even Minecraft, is laggy as hell. Yesterday, I was able to chat wiht my Steam friends, but now it doesnt work. Anyone have an idea whats wrong, and how to fix it?
