They know that it's a collection of images from around the web, so of course they're stolen. There are hardly any everyboty originals, therefore, the comments saying "Stolen" aren't needed as they're are obvious. It goes hand in hand with the above.

Same applies, the comment has no purpose, it's pointless and stupid. You can see the image above, don't go filling the space that's supposed to be used to actually comment on the image, with random crap taken from the image.
