It's even more fun if they have a public math function, because those use eval. :)
For some, you don't even need eval:

The one I have is the best. Made by thaky called Hello Thar. It doesn't activate on "connected." so it cant be spammed. It runs on the player connection torque string thingy.

connected.

only thing fun about this.

but it is sometimes fixed.

Connected Connected Jubel Connected

Say that if it still uses connected as the key word.

I got join in jokes script. When on, when someone joins, it yells at the same instant a random phrase from a list:

Code: [Select]
$numJokes = -1;
$Joke[$numJokes++] = "I mean, how would that count as sodomy? Sodomy involves rape, and she told me to!";
$Joke[$numJokes++] = "And that is where babies REALLY come from.";
$Joke[$numJokes++] = "So, isn't that an amazing way to loss your virginity?";
$Joke[$numJokes++] = "I'm sorry, but I can't give you v" @ $Version+1 @ ".";
$Joke[$numJokes++] = "Who built a giant nude woman...?";
$Joke[$numJokes++] = "Stop spamming block snakees!";

I'd make a better list if the script wasn't more annoying than to be suggested. These are all petty 9 year old statements. But it's still surprising to hear some of those right on joining.

Edit: Actually, a few children have fallen for the giant nude woman one. I was actually in a mining server once, and it said that. The kid comes in like "Okay, where is it. :cookieMonster:"
So for this i just copy and paste it into word make it into a folder and put it in blockland addons? (i am kinda new sorry)

All I gave was the terms I used. None of the functionality is there. Plus I edited all that afterwords to work with code I rebuilt from Truce's example.

Only reason people want these kinds of add-ons to look like their "cool" to other people.
To be able to go "I scripted it." to people who ask.

the only client chat mod i use is ottoOS (generic name completely necessary.)

and it isn't an auto-greeter, it's more like a very simple command prompt

NixOS <3

Describe what that one does.

I want to add onto mine and am running out of ideas. :D

all mine does right now:

Quote
OS:>Help
OS:>Run
OS:>DiceMono
OS:>DiceDuo
OS:>Command
OS:>About
OS:>Scripts

And some preloaded scripts.
-Aperture
-brainScan
-getRandomPlayer
-twowords

To use it, say this in chat:
OS:>commandname arg0 arg1 arg2 etc

You can add your own scripts and the preloaded ones help you understand how the system works.

It's a serverside computer utilizing print brick walls of any size with functional names and buttons added on the fly, including drawing mods and the such. It was amazing.

Sounds amazing. :O

I wish he completed it. He was going to add a chat interface, but I guess that would be a bit more complex when incorporating it into a print wall of varying size.

I have the client side one.
It's a private mod by Thaky. He only gives it out to people he HIGHLY trusts. It's called Hello That!
It can be changed with console

Example:

GreetMessage("Hello,");

would end up as Hello, Badspot

It auto adds space and name.

I would only trade it for something of HIGH VALUE (aimbot, petmod, @bt etc)
Why would you only trade an irritating mod for a high value mod? There's already lots of people with auto greeting mods, it's annoying enough as it is.
