I type with my left hand and use all but my pinky finger.

I'm on an iPod right now, so I'm only using my left thumb.

Both Index fingers, thumb to space, pinkey for shift.


Once I get on I always put my right hand on the right side with my thumb on space and pinky on shift, my other hand I put my fingers on WASD, my thumb on space and my pinky just rests there.
