Not Being able to open a map

Well, I have the .zip with the .mis, .ter, skybox and precipitation particle texture all in my Add-Ons Folder.  The .zip is named Map_Blizzard.
I have everything ready for going on and I cant see the map on my map menu.  I can attempt to open it as a mission, but it says
WAITING FOR SERVER forever and will not allow any map changes.

In order for me to release more maps, I need for this to be resolved.

Too bad, this map was planned as a Christmas release.

Make sure to have:

Namecheck.txt (Map_yourmapname)
Yourmapname.txt (Description)
And don't forget to edit map name and save name in Mission Editor
